1. Use at your own risk – You are fully responsible for how you use our tools and for the files you upload.
2. Your responsibility – You must own the rights to the files you process and you must not upload illegal or harmful content.
3. File deletion –
All uploaded files are automatically deleted immediately after processing.
This deletion is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.
4. Service changes – We may add, change, or remove tools at any time without notice.
5. No guarantees – The service is provided “as is” without any guarantee of availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
6. Limitations – Only the file types supported by each tool are allowed. File size limits and security checks apply.
7. Disclaimer – Easy PDF Suite is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. By using our tools, you agree that you are solely responsible for your files, inputs, and actions.
Results from non-file tools (such as Unit Converter and Calories Calculator) are estimates only and must not be considered professional, medical, or financial advice.
8. Liability – We are not responsible for data loss, indirect damages, or misuse of the service.
9. Ownership – You keep full rights over your files. Uploading files does not grant us any license to use them beyond temporary processing.
10. Abuse – Harmful or abusive use may result in blocking access.
11. Open-source libraries – This service uses open-source libraries including Dompdf (MIT License), FPDI/FPDF (MIT License), PHPWord (LGPL), and Smalot/PdfParser (GPL). Their respective licenses apply. Easy PDF Tools does not claim ownership of these libraries. Additional minor helper libraries (such as random_compat) may also be included under their original licenses.
12. Updates – These Terms & Privacy rules may change at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the latest version.

Privacy
13. No account required – You don’t need to register or provide personal data to use our tools.
14. File handling – Files are stored temporarily only for processing, and then deleted automatically immediately after processing.
15. Security – We validate file types, check MIME types, block suspicious names/extensions, and enforce size limits. Files are stored in a protected, non-public directory.
16.Cookies and third-party services – Only minimal cookies are used for technical and security purposes.
Some pages may also include third-party elements (such as Google AdSense ads).
These providers may use their own cookies or tracking under their privacy policies.
Easy PDF Suite itself does not share, store, or analyze your uploaded files with them.
17. Encryption – All file transfers are secured via HTTPS encryption.
18. Law compliance – If required by law enforcement, we may disclose information as legally required.
19. Local-only calculations – All calculations in Unit Converter and Calories Calculator are performed locally in your browser/server and no data is stored or transmitted externally.
